Libraries.dev — publisher-provided preview
A CLOSER LOOK

What’s on this shelf

Install border beams, thinking orbs, gooey morphs, liquid metal, and image loaders as small React packages. Each library ships a copyable prompt so agents can wire the effect into a project.

A good fit for

Add a polished loading or accent effect without hand-tuning WebGL from scratch.

Worth knowing

Core packages are free on npm. Studio presets and deeper agent skills sit behind Pro.

Choose an effect, then hand it to your agent

Libraries.dev provides focused effect packages and copyable prompts. Choose the effect on the publisher's site, copy its installation and usage prompt, and give your agent the component where it belongs.

Example: a border effect

npm install border-beam

This installs the border package, not every effect in the collection. Use the publisher's current example for its imports and props. Keep the first change small enough to check visually.

Before you choose it

The publisher describes the public packages as MIT-licensed and distinguishes them from its paid Studio and Pro features. Check the selected package's requirements; the site's React guidance starts at React 18.

Use Motion when you need a general animation API. Explore the animation collection when you are still choosing the approach.
